"I have been customer with this office for many years, and on 5/02/2024 I called in to request a certificate of insurance for my business, the person who answered the phone was totally unprofessional. He did everything, but helped. In the end he hangs up the call. I couldn’t believe, no one calls to apologize for this rude behavior, as a customer, I didn’t feel appreciated, so I took my business elsewhere, where I could be treated with respect and dignity."

"I have been with this company now for quite some time and my rep is chase he is a fantastic Insurance Agent every time I have ever had to unfortunately call him about my policy he has it figured out In a very timely manner most times by the end of the call and if he doesn't know the answer he will get the answer and he treats me Like Family I used to have geico And I used to feel like just a Dollar sign to them and when I would have to call them I would always get the run aroundThis guy always gives it to me straight and he's always quick with a good joke I will be around for years to come If you need insurance look no further this is the spot"

"David and the whole State Farm Vandalia office is friendly, efficient and more than willing to help customers get what they need. After receiving denial of home insurance coverage 2+ times due to repairs, David was able to help us secure home insurance temporarily until we can fix said issues in the next month. Additionally, he spent an entire morning trying to help us resolve the issue which is so appreciated as it was a time-sensitive matter!"
