"I switched my insurance from nationwide to State Farm with Dave’s agency. We did everything with Chase and it was easy. I had everything switched in minutes. They are always willing to help with anything when I call. If I need to make a payment I just call the office and someone is always available to help me. Everyone is amazing. I would recommend everyone to contact their office for assistance."

"I have been customer with this office for many years, and on 5/02/2024 I called in to request a certificate of insurance for my business, the person who answered the phone was totally unprofessional. He did everything, but helped. In the end he hangs up the call. I couldn’t believe, no one calls to apologize for this rude behavior, as a customer, I didn’t feel appreciated, so I took my business elsewhere, where I could be treated with respect and dignity."

"I have been with this company now for quite some time and my rep is chase he is a fantastic Insurance Agent every time I have ever had to unfortunately call him about my policy he has it figured out In a very timely manner most times by the end of the call and if he doesn't know the answer he will get the answer and he treats me Like Family I used to have geico And I used to feel like just a Dollar sign to them and when I would have to call them I would always get the run aroundThis guy always gives it to me straight and he's always quick with a good joke I will be around for years to come If you need insurance look no further this is the spot"
